- If Your Profits are less then you can declare it as other source of Income.
If your profits are more or you don’t have any other source of Income other than Forex Trading, then follow below steps.
- For Profits Earned through Forex Trading on SEBI regulated brokers - You have to File ITR - 2 under Capital Gain.
- For Profits Earned through Forex Trading on Non SEBI regulated Foreign brokers - You have to File ITR - 3 under Speculative Business Income.
If your Profits are Less than 5 Lakhs per year - then you have to pay 0% Tax
If your Profits are in between 5 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs per year - then you have to pay 20% Tax
If your Profits are more than 10 Lakhs per year - then you have to pay 30% Tax
